Twins can be breastfed, worn in slings, and cloth diapered. At least one set of twins was born at home (two, if you count the puppies).

A good friend of mine (we have since lost contact) nursed her twins for 2+ years. I'm not sure how long she made it. It was before I was a mom, and gosh do I wish I knew what I know now so I could have been more supportive.
I would love to send you my nursing twin pics. :o)
Bless these Moms, nursing two of different ages was hard enough... They are all beautiful!
