((A part of me would like to take care of everyone.))
My practice has grown--I appreciate all the referrals.
In order to continue the high standard -of-care for my established patients, new patients are welcome.
I am limiting new patients to new families and families with these circumstances:
1)I am accepting new families who are expecting a new baby preferring to meet you while you are pregnant or planning an adopting.
2) I am accepting older families (beyond pregnancy, did not establish during pregnancy) looking for a primary care doctor who desire my philosophies.
3)I am accepting a limited amount of medicare (65 years and above) and medicare replacement HMO patients.
4)I am accepting focused-consults for
- breastfeeding (including tongue-tie/frenotomy, adoption)
- referrals from LLL, homeschool and midwives
- pre-conception planning
- hormone balance, nutrition, and weight loss management
- 2nd opinion regarding vaccine
- or other unusual situation.
These appointments (#4) are usually focused one-time (or two-time) consults.
At the time of consult, I will discuss with you appropriate follow-up. Depending on current patient volume, I may be able to accept you for continuity and on-going care if you desire
5)Especially, if you are not local, I can arrange to do phone consults.
I welcome and appreciate e-mail and inquiries from new patients through contact us introducing yourself and your needs.
I prefer that new patient families opt-in to VIP care (I am almost at my limit of e-mail I can handle, so I may taper this off). I make a commitment of high, but flexible standards and electronic availability to you and I appreciate your commitment in return.Any established family can opt-in to VIP care also when the need arises.
Not all of my services are covered by insurance.
Although, new patients with Medicaid, were previously accepted. My patients panels are full at this time. Aetna, and United Health Care panels are variable. I may close panels soon. Nothing has changed with established patients seen on Aetna and UHC.
Please check back. This information will be updated. My goal would be to expand coverage and opportunities to be seen.
